Well it was a great weekend.
the weather man called for rain but it was fine and dry Sat and Sun.
David came up and saved the day. We got the whole floor laid and it looks great.

Nico drew up the layout for the cuts on the computer and it took two days to cut it all

Because the 2nd story floor is also the 1st floor ceiling we pre-stained the wood
We really liked how it came out
We put the nail gun aside and hammered the whole thing by hand
Raina jumped in on Sat and helped us set the nails in the afternoon. We had to go slow because the sun was brutal

Thanks Raina and David

On Sunday David looked at me and said" john get over here right now"
and walking across the job site was a black bear. She didnt seem interested in us at all

and eventually moved on.

I didnt have the camera so i drew this
