for the kitchen window exension jambs
we dcided to have fun
and add these plywood endgrain elements

thevertical stripe helps break up the fascia
so its not just a wide white panel

the kitchen is progressing nicely
the counter top are cut wejust have to screw them down
Nico left space on both sides of the stove
when she designed the kitchen in case we needed to move stuff around
and it turned out we had 12" on each side
I went Lowe's and found two damaged 12" cabinets for $27
Cha-Ching Suckers

The whie stripes are filler strips
and will be painted he same green color along
with the two cabinets next to the stove

It's GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
We did on the coldest day of the year
and were more than a little nervous

Everything went well and the basement s a nice and warm

the house is almost closed up
and at least we can be in there with out seeing our breath

Its was a big moment

This picture shows the hydronic system
It was a commbination of hooking up the propane and tank
Woody hooking up the Electric
Scott and I sweating the pipes
Getting the well and pump electrified an then brinig it all together
to get the pipes hot
