This is the manifold all the red hoses go into. Using a bike pump we filled the line with air and made sure it held the pressure. If it holds the air with out leaking ,that means it will hold the water when we use it for heat. Its been pressurized for 24 hours and is looking good . They put the cement right up to the box. If they were to rupture the lines while spreading the cement the pressure would drop and air would bubble up out of the cement revealing the leak.
Luckily that did not happen. And now we have a radiant heat system in our concrete floor.
Those hoses will be filed with hot water via a water heater and the floor will warm accordingly.
